Legal implications of leaving terrorist groups

Rabih Damaj is a Lebanese journalist with a master’s degree in mass communication. He has worked in numerous Lebanese and international press institutions including Anadolu News Agency (Beirut office) and the Al-Jazeera Documentary Channel. Rabih currently works in investigative journalism and documentaries (social, political and economic), residing in Dubai where he works with Al Aan TV  as senior news producer.

Project

Rabih’s funded video investigation explores the legal implications for those who have become involved with terrorist organisations but wish to exit them. This is being carried out through interview with a former member of ISIS (see photo) and will be disseminated online.
