Sali Bouba Oumarou, is an independent scholar, analyst and writer. He is also the author of two novels that address issues of immigration and radicalization in Africa.
Through the Check Global Microgrant fund, Sali Bouba has worked on a report on highlighting the lives of migrants in Tangier during the COVID-19 pandemic. This was published in the Le Journal de Tanger on May 30th 2020 (page 6).
